Ascension Episcopal Church

Ascension Episcopal Church, located at 2 Riverside Street in Rochester, 14613 (off of Lake Avenue, just South of Kodak Park and Ridge Road), is a member church of Prison Re-entry and Aftercare Ministries (PRAM). It is also involved with programs in the Monroe Correctional Facility, Livingston County Jail, Groveland Correctional Facility, and the Albion Correctional Facility.

In addition, the Aftercare Contact Office for Prison Re-entry and Aftercare Ministry (PRAM -- 585-254-6790) is located at Ascension, along with offices for Cephas Attica (Rochester), and Rochester Interfaith Jail Ministry.
