CEPHAS Founded in 1972, Cephas is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization focused on meeting the inner needs of men and women in prison and on parole. Cephas breaks the cycle of crime by helping those who are or have been incarcerated as well as at-risk youth to change behaviors that lead to imprisonment and to rebuild their lives.
