Safer Monroe Area Re-entry Team (SMART)

 

SMART is voluntary organization, a forum for discussion, an agency of collaboration and change, and an advocate for improving the prospects of men and women reentering society from prisons and jails back into Monroe County, New York. Rochester is the largest municipality in Monroe County and the seat of its government, and its poorer neighborhoods are the hardest impacted by crime and recidivism.
